At
last! A good activity analysis for administrative processes
Many company leaders have long asked for reliable methods for gaining facts about
processes, such as: orders, purchasing, planning, preparation etc., which are
dominated by administrative tasks. Now we can, using HP Pocket PC and a software
program together with database analysis, capture and collate all the facts. The
analysis gives great potential for identifying waste, non value adding activities
and finding the causes and a good foundation for recommending changes. If you
